Where do we ship?
All orders are shipped from our hometown, Perth - Western Australia.

We proudly offer worldwide shipping with no limitations on delivery destinations. Shipping costs vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Bring joy and organisation to your doorstep with Cutie no misé!
When will we ship your order?
We usually dispatch orders within 1 to 5 business days.
We will notify you when your parcel has been shipped and provide you with the tracking number for your peace of mind.
Please understand that there may be some dispatch delays around a sales or holiday periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas).
What is the shipping cost?
Free standard shipping for any orders over A$100 (Australia only).
Standard rate
$12 within Australia. We are a small business but we are aiming to grow and reduce this cost in the near future. We thank you for your understanding.
Express Post rate (Australia only)
$20 within Australia. We know you want your parcel ASAP! Again, we are a small business aiming to grow and reduce this cost soon. We thank you for your understanding.
International
Flat rate of A$39.99 with a tracking number for your peace of mind.
All customs and duties required for shipping are the responsibility of your customer. We take no responsibility for these costs as they do vary from city to city (and countries).
When will my order arrive?
We understand you want your goodies ASAP! Please use the tracking number provided to track the most accurate timeframe for your parcel delivery.
The following estimates are based on our recent delivery information provided and do not consider any disruptions that may cause delay.
Standard Post: an average of 10 business days.
Express Post: an average of 4 business days.
International posts: It really depends on where you are. Australia Post states it ranges up to 15 business days.
